Sort of an odd juxtaposition, but at the same time, a poignant reminder that human needs and joys are universal...regardless of color, creed, or religion. We all need to love and be loved, to nurture, to give, and to receive. If only the innocence of this moment could somehow permeate every soul in this cruel world. If all the prejudice, anger, and resentment would melt away and the eyes of the human race could suddenly see througha filterless lens...clear, crisp, and free of judgement and hate. But there is good on this earth...and the only way to conquer evil is with good.
